AFL Israel is a non-profit organization accounting for all Australian Rules Football related activities in Israel. AFL Israel is committed to promote the growth of the sport in Israel and develop it on all levels – Men, Women & Youth.

AFL Israel is currently overseeing both national teams – the Israeli Beasts (Men, est. 2019) and the Israeli Ibex (Women, est. 2025), the two active men’s teams ‘Tel-Aviv Cheetahs’ (est.2018) and the ‘Jerusalem Lions’ (est. 2024), as well as a Women’s program and several Youth footy teams (ages 8-14).

AFL Israel also manages the domestic Men’s competitions: the ‘Israel cup’, and the local league.

Founded in its current form in 2018, AFL Israel is a continuation of nearly two decades long local legacy of the sport. AFL Israel continues to build the sport relying on the core values of this legacy: sportsmanship, inclusiveness, respect and bringing people together through sports.
