About

Founded in 2009, AFL Netherlands has a strong history both domestically and across Europe. Dutch representatives at have been very successful in European tournaments over the years, highlighted by winning the Men’s Champions League in 2019 and 2022 and Algarve Cup in 2013, as well as runners up at the Euro Cup in 2009 and 2010.

There are currently 3 active clubs across the Netherlands, with a Men’s league running from April to September each year, and a women’s competition in development.
