About
Australian Football took root in Poland in 2018. The men’s national squad launched in 2019, followed by the first local club in 2020. By 2024, the sport gained official government recognition with the establishment of the Polski Związek Futbolu Australijskiego.
The association, comprised of representatives from each participating club, oversees league management and supports national teams—the Polish Devils and Polish Angels.
Our mission focuses on growing participation across all levels for men and women while raising the national teams’ competitive standards.
Beyond the pitch, AFL Polska strengthens ties between Australian culture and the local community, uniting Australians living in Poland with Poles who share connections to Australia.
